Terms and Conditions – Classickits

Payment
Classickits.dk accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard, and MobilePay. Payment is charged at the time of purchase. All amounts are stated in DKK and include VAT. We use an approved payment server with SSL encryption to ensure that your card details are secure.

Delivery and Shipping
We strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Shipping within Denmark is handled by PostNord, while shipping to other EU countries is handled by DAO and its partners. Delivery time is typically 1–3 business days within Denmark and 3–7 business days within the EU. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Right to Complain
You have a 2-year right to make a complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This right applies to defects in materials and/or manufacturing, but does not cover defects caused by improper use. Classickits covers return shipping costs for valid complaints.

Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on items purchased from our webshop. The period begins on the day you receive your order. You must notify us of your decision to withdraw no later than 14 days after receiving the order, and the item must be returned no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your withdrawal.

Notification can be made by email at kontakt@classickits.dk or via Instagram @classickitsdk. Please clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. In the case of defective or incorrectly described items, Classickits will cover the return shipping costs.

Condition of the Item Upon Return
You are liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the item. The item must be returned in the same condition as when received – unused, with its original tag attached, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item. If the refund is approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Prices
All prices on classickits.dk are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Intellectual Property
All content on classickits.dk, including images, text, and logos, belongs to Classickits and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability
Classickits is not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or losses arising from circumstances beyond our control.
