Delivery in Denmark: We ship all orders with PostNord and deliver throughout Denmark.

Delivery to the EU: We ship all EU orders with DAO. Delivery times vary from country to country, but you can expect delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
The delivery method depends on DAO’s local partners in each country. This means that in some countries, the package will be delivered directly to your home address, while in others, it will be delivered to a nearby parcel shop or collection point. The delivery method used depends on the partners DAO works with for deliveries in your country.
Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time directly on our website via our Track Your Order page — simply enter your order number or tracking number.
