Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping within Denmark
We ship throughout Denmark via PostNord. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Shipping to the EU
We ship to a wide range of EU countries via DAO, which works with local partners in each country for the final part of the delivery. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch. The delivery method, either home delivery or parcel shop, depends on DAO’s local partners in your country.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package. You can track your package on the shipping carrier’s website or via our Track Your Order page.

Missing or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at kontakt@classickits.dk within 7 days of receiving your order.
